| District | Description |
| District 20 | includes the south west fifth of Memphis to the state line with Misssissippi. |
| District 21 | encompeses the west side of the city including downtown and midtown. |
| District 22 | is all of North Memphis |
| District 23 | is the city's center. |
| District 24 | is the eastern suburbs of Cordova, Germantown, Bartlett, and Arlington. |
| District 25 | is the south east part of Memphis; includes the city of Collierville. |
