Statement of Purpose:

The primary  purpose of the Public information Committee is to carry the message of Alcoholics Anonymous to still suffering alcoholics through public channels.  Methods of reaching alcoholics include: Churches,Media, Health organizations and so forth.  In addition to carrying the alcoholics anonymous message to alcoholics it is also the charged duty of the PI committee members to inform the fellowship of methods to carry the message.
